2. Nature of the Service
Rekhai is an AI-powered platform that provides Vedic astrology readings using:
Palm line analysis (Samudrika Shastra)
Vedic birth chart readings (Jyotish) — including Ashtakavarga, Dasha, and divisional charts
Face reading (Mukhanga Shastra)
Daily Panchangam (Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Vara almanac)
Periodic cosmic guidance based on planetary transits
All readings are generated by artificial intelligence trained on classical Tamil and Sanskrit astrology manuscripts. The AI interprets patterns and applies ancient rules, but the interpretations are probabilistic, not deterministic.
3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Rekhai's readings are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. Specifically:
AI models can make errors in interpretation, planetary calculations, or rule application
Vedic astrology itself involves subjective interpretation — different astrologers may reach different conclusions from the same chart
Birth chart accuracy depends on the precision of the birth time and place provided
Palm reading accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, and camera angle
No prediction about the future can be guaranteed
Results may vary based on individual circumstances not captured in the reading
Rekhai does not claim supernatural ability, prophecy, or guaranteed foresight. The readings are AI interpretations of classical astrological texts applied to your personal data.

5. Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased through Razorpay and are governed by Razorpay's payment terms
Credits are non-refundable once used to generate a reading
If a reading fails due to a technical error on our end, credits are automatically refunded to your account
Unused credits do not expire but cannot be converted to cash
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay — Rekhai does not store payment card information
6. User Data and Privacy
Palm images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers
Birth details (date, time, place) are stored in your profile to avoid re-entry
Reading texts are saved to your account for your reference
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
Data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure
Provide accurate birth information for more relevant readings
Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
Not use the Service to harm, deceive, or defraud others
Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent
Not share your account credentials with others
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Rekhai — including the AI-generated readings, the knowledge base, user interface, and branding — is the intellectual property of Rekhai. The readings generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be republished or sold.
The underlying knowledge base is derived from classical Tamil and Sanskrit texts that are in the public domain, processed and curated by Rekhai.
9. Service Availability
Rekhai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekhai and its creators shall not be liable for:
Any decisions made based on AI-generated readings
Inaccurate predictions or misinterpretations
Emotional distress arising from readings
Loss of data or service interruptions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
