We use your data solely to:
Astrology readings can state things that are simply wrong about your chart — a planet placed in the wrong house, or described as exalted when it is not. To catch that, an automated check runs over stored readings and compares the factual claims in them against the chart each reading was generated from.
This check is performed by software, not by a person. It produces counts only — for example, "of 700 checkable claims, 12 disagreed with the chart". No account identifier, no question you asked, and no part of any answer is included in the result or in any report we receive from it.
We do not read your readings to improve the product. A person at Rekhai will only open an individual reading if:
Your questions to the oracle are treated as private. They are not used as training data, not shared with anyone, and not reviewed for any purpose other than the three above.
Your account data (credits, readings, preferences) is retained as long as your account is active.
The in-app "Delete My Data" option (Settings) immediately erases your saved readings, family and kundali-match records, and profile — but keeps your account and any remaining paid credits, so you can start fresh without losing credits you paid for.
To permanently delete your entire account instead — including your credit balance, which is then forfeited — email support@rekhai.in from the address on your account. We will action full deletion requests within 7 days. Payment transaction records are kept afterward, as required for financial and tax compliance.
Rekhai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
